MORE DURABLE THAN TIMBER, STEEL OR CONCRETE
Vertech® Profiles are impervious to rot, fungus, insects, and moisture. The material contains no toxic chemicals or preservatives and will not corrode or develop splinters and is resistant to salt and acid. Our profiles will not leach or bleed arson, heavy metals or chemicals into the soil or water.
SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED MAINTENANCE
Vertech® Profiles are built to last and constructed to be maintenance free. Our recycled plastic waste material is designed to withstand loads without breaking, splitting or damaging and significantly reduce expensive maintenance costs.
NO SPECIAL STORAGE
Our material is impervious to water, hot and freezing temperatures and insects, culminating in profile sections not requiring expensive indoor storage.
LONGER LASTING THAN TIMBER, STEEL OR CONCRETE
Vertech® Profile material has demonstrated through detailed third party testing, analysis and infield applications, that they will last more than 50 years without the need for constant maintenance and expensive refurbishment.
MUCH LIGHTER THAN CONCRETE
Vertech® Profile sections are much lighter than traditional concrete materials and are quicker to install, which significantly reduces transport and installation costs.
Vertech® Profiles are easy to handle and install on site, and require no special training or complicated assembly equipment.
REDUCED DISPOSAL COSTS
The disposal of treated timber and concrete represents a considerable challenge at end of life, and generally result in environmentally poor disposal options and cost to the asset owner. Vertech® Profiles are recyclable after use, which further enhances asset whole life value calculations.

ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFER & CLEANER
Vertech® Profiles’ raw material is inert, contains no toxic materials, and is non-corrosive. Vertech® materials do not leach into the environment while in use, and can be safely recycled into new product after use.
Vertech® Profiles are made from recycled materials, and are 100% recyclable at the end of their long, functional life. The HGV Bridge at Easter Dawyck made from a myriad of Vertech® Profiles, effectively used 50 tonnes of plastic waste which otherwise would have gone to landfill.
SAVING TREES – REDUCING CARBON
By using Vertech® material we automatically save mature oak trees, and use tonnes of plastic waste that would otherwise end up in landfill. Contrary to previous belief it has now been conclusively shown that mature trees absorb considerably more carbon if left to grow than young trees planted to replace them.
